Cellulose was modified using cyclododecylamine and was used as HPLC stationary phase for the separation of three nitroaniline isomers.The result showed that the separation effect was good. 利用自制的环十二烷基胺对纤维素进行了改性,考察了将其作为高效液相色谱固定相对硝基苯胺3种异构体的分离,结果表明分离效果良好。
