Objective To explore the effect of pinealectomy on content of cerebral neurotic lipofuscin in aged rats. 目的探讨摘除松果体对老年大鼠海马、斜角带神经元脂褐素含量的影响。
Methods.A total of 30 chickens were diided into two groups: pinealectomy in 15 chickens and sham operation in 15 chickens sered as control. 方法：总共30只鸡分成两组，实验组15只鸡接受松果体切除术，对照组15只鸡只进行假手术。
